Important: To add meeting rooms and other resources to your event, you need to have a work or school account. If you have a personal Google Account that ends in @gmail.com, learn how to create a calendar for a room or shared space.
You can add meeting rooms and other resources, such as projectors, to your event. If you can't book a room, learn why a Google Calendar meeting room declines an event.
Google Calendar can check for room conflicts up to 12 months in advance. If you schedule events or recurring instances more than 12 months out, Google Calendar won't detect conflicts in these.
