When you’re offline, you can use the Google Calendar app on your phone.
Important: You can’t use Calendar on the web while your computer is offline.
Use calendar offline on mobile
If you use the Google Calendar app while you're offline, you can:
- Find events and make changes.
- Create, edit, or respond to events.
- If you’re offline, any changes you make won't sync with your computer or other people's calendars until you're online again.
- After you install the app, connect to the internet and sign in to your Google Account. Then, your account will be synced and you can use Google Calendar offline.
