When you create a new appointment schedule, you need to:
- Select the appointment duration and your availability.
- Customize how you meet with others.
Before you begin
Here's what you need to create an appointment schedule:
| A personal Google Account or Workspace account. For help with work or school accounts, contact your administrator. | |
| A computer with a supported web browser. You can't create an appointment schedule in the Calendar app for Android or iPhone and iPad. |
Tips:
- Some appointment schedule features require an eligible Google Workspace or Google One subscription. Compare premium features available for appointment schedules.
- For eligible Workspace accounts, Calendar automatically generates a booking page. This page is set up based on your weekday availability and doesn’t show times when you’re busy.
Step 1: Set up your appointment schedule
- On a computer, open Google Calendar.
- At the top left, click Create.
- Select Appointment schedule.
- On the left, in the “Bookable appointment schedule” panel, set up your appointment settings.
- Click Next.
Tip: To set up your appointment schedule in the “Booking pages” section, click Create appointment schedule .
