My business profile is complete and up to date still the business got suspended,
please help

If you have fixed all issues with your listing, you can apply for reinstatement of your GMB listing here

This is the only method available to apply for reinstatement of a suspended listing.
Please be aware that GMB support has had a backlog to deal with so they may be slower than usual to respond (may take 2-3 weeks for a reply)

what sort of business is it? Not all legitimate businesses qualify for a GMB listing.

Mobile Service Center is a very generic business name.
Is that the name the business operates under and what the shop signage says for the business name or does it operate under a different name?
