1月下旬から、Googleマイビジネスアプリ(iOSとAndroid)において、ロゴとカバー写真が表示されない、登録できない不具合が発生しております。そのため、何度かこちらの掲示板でもご質問をいただいておりました。
 
これに関して、GMBコミュニティマネージャーのKaraさんからの回答をいただきましたので、共有いたします。
 
Unfortunately, this issue is still occurring but there is no workaround at this time. Performance of your Business Profile or visibility of your logo are not affected and it's is purely an interface error. We plan to have a resolution by the end of year, thanks for your patience.
 
(いまい意訳)残念ながら、この問題はまだ発生していますが、現時点では回避策はありません。ビジネスプロフィールのパフォーマンスやロゴの可視性に影響はなく、純粋にインターフェースのエラーです。年末までに解決する予定ですのでよろしくお願いします。

ロゴやカバー写真の登録は、Googleマイビジネスのブラウザ版から可能です。スマホご利用の方は、GoogleChromeでGoogleマイビジネスに入り、該当する店舗情報をクリックして、管理画面の[写真]から登録可能です。
