Remove google reviews

We have been receiving some negative google reviews which we suspect are from competitors trying to sabotage our brand

These include made up negative reviews and some left with made up names and no descriptions

I have tried flagging these as inappropriate but the reviews have remained

How can I address this further to have them removed ?

I am sorry but there is no justification for Google to remove the reviews. It will take a court order to get the reviews removed.

So people can just write review which are unfounded and made up ?

I am a volunteer and not a Google employee. I did not say that. What I said what your next course of action. Google will not take sides in a review dispute.
