I verified my business via postcard more than a month ago and the status changed to "Pending
Your business is verified. Listings may be reviewed for quality and can take up to 3 days to be published.".... but more than a month later my listing still hasn't published.  

I've contacted support via chat several times and via email but all they can tell me is that it's a technical issue on google's end and someone will get back to me in 24 hours... only no one ever actually gets back to me.  

This is very disappointing.  I'm also a g-suite customer and have converted several other companies to various google services.  I've already signed up for analytics and search console and was planning to use google as the center piece of our whole marketing strategy.   The worst part isn't even that our listing hasn't published, it's that I can't explain why or give anyone a good guess as to when it will be fixed.  I've told my co-workers 4 times now that we'd have answers within 24 hours because that's what support told me and instead they keep making me look like a liar.   The google ads budget we had set aside has now been spent on other things and one of the techs we hired to take on additional business has quit so even if the problem is resolved tomorrow it will take months to overcome the damage that's already been done.  Am I wrong for expecting google to honor their commitments or communicate with customers?  

Someone please help.

I've contacted support several times.  I've also had a google adwords rep call them on conference call multiple times and my listing is still pending.  Here's the last email I received from support... on June 25th.  :(

Hi Ben,
We’ve found that your Google My Business concern is the result of a technical issue.I tried to get an approximate date from them for the resolution but to be honest, they've advised that this will require some more time.
I thought I should set clear expectations with you as far as the time frame is concerned hence dropping you an email to promise you that I'm taking care of your case and I'll definitely get in touch with you first thing, when I receive a confirmation from the engineers.
Please bear with me until then and thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

I am also having the same issue and the GMB rep told me via phone that it is due to "a technical glitch with the listing." She said they are working on fixing the issue and will send me an email once it is resolved. She said to "not worry." LOL

Not to sound too much like a conspiracy theorist but there's been a lot of "technical glitches" with these larger tech giants lately...Facebook, Twitter and Google. SMH
