This is not a Google issue. You should speak with the local police and a lawyer to see what your options are.

Good morning I contacted the police as suggested & am following what they said. According to them I am all good as I just recounted what happened to me in the review- I did not pass any derogatory or offensive comments. This guy is trying to bully me so I have been advised by the police to get a free lawyer & take their opinion. I never say bad stuff about another business but this guy literally walked over me & advised my client not to buy from me for a done sale.
