Remove fake review by Tom Wilkowske on RJ Sayers Distributing business listing.

I've reported a fake review made by Tom Wilkowske on the RJ Sayers Distributing business listing - Google replied they wouldn't due to it not violating their policy. I am the office manager at RJ Sayers Distributing and Tom is my ex-brother-in-law who has been threatening me & stalking me, personally. Since he hasn't been able to get to me on a personal level - he is now trying to get to me through my workplace. He has never been a customer of RJ Sayers Distributing. It's not fair to my employer to have this fake review listed. Please remove it ASAP. Sincerely - Doreen Wilkowske

Google is the only one that can remove reviews. The good news is a one-star review with no content does not have a lot of credibility with users. It does run down your average but all other reviews are good. Straight 5 star ratings are said to not convert as well as listing in the 4's.
The action you can take is to dilute the effect of this one review and increase your listing ranking by regularly asking for reviews from satisfied customers after a transaction is completed. Consistently doing this will show customers the real quality of your services.
Here is a link you can send to customers requesting a review. Do not have them use it when at your location.
Also fully optimize the listing and you will get more traffic
Have good thoroughly developed content on your site. Here is a help article on how to improve your listing. This a guide to go through step by step to improve your listing so it will show up for more relevant searches for what you do. Add more Business-specific photos and videos to highlight your products and services

Hi, you actually have the wrong Tom Wilkowske here. The one you want lived/lives in the Minneapolis metro area and has a background in electrical engineering I believe. I am a writer/journalist who has lived in Duluth most of my career, now in Madison Wisconsin. We are second or third cousins I think.
