Review Responses Missing

All of the sudden, the listing I manage has over 70 review responses missing. The reviews are still there and a typical response would be directly from the owner, saying something like "thank you for nice comments and welcome to the family" or something along those lines. Maybe a glitch that I'm unaware of? How to handle this?

There is no duplicate listing that I am aware of. I haven't been able to find one.

I keep trying to post the info requested, but I am receiving an error message that it violates community guidelines. The business name and address are linked in the original question and are correct. I'm not sure why I am unable to respond with the info requested - apologies.

I had a similar issue just a few days ago. In my case, I got requested ownership for my client's account and had to reverify the listing to get this permission. Once I got in, they informed all the review replies posted by them were gone. I never had this happened to me before...

I'm seeing the review responses on my end.  I'm on a desktop (Windows) using Chrome.  Can you clarify what device and browser you're using and also post a screenshot?

Ours are not showing, checked on a mobile device as well and they aren't there. Could it be a bug?

Some review responses are showing, but over 70 are now missing that were previously there. This screenshot is when logged in, clicking on reviews and "haven't replied". I see this on windows in Chrome and iOS. The business owner is seeing the same thing.

Can you confirm when the review responses were posted on these reviews?  The functionality was shut off for several weeks due to COVID-19 so I'm trying to figure out if these were posted before or after.  It's possible that you responded after it stopped working and that's why they aren't published.  

If the responses were posted in the months of March-May I would just suggest reposting them.

This includes review responses  during that timeframe, but also from years ago;  not only during the timeframe when the functionality was disabled.
