Suspended Listings - GMB Support Issues

Law firm.

multiple locations

each location is an office inside a building that is fully furnished, has someone answering the phone, and clients can/and do meet the attorneys there.

Each of the below listings were suspended due to quality issues.

GMB support asked for photo of building (sent and they appear on website). Apparently that wasn't enough.  Here is website as reference - https://www.fernandezfirm.com/

GMB support asked for plaques with name of firm (sent those)....not enough.

We sent over the paid invoices for each of these locations (we pay $700 month+ for each) through REGUS (which does also sell virtual offices) but these are legit, real office rooms we rent each month as stated in the invoices we sent to GMB support.

GMB support apparently took none of this into consideration and requested we send VIDEOS of each now.

On top of that, they now believe each office is a virtual office and requested we change addresses??

I have corresponded with them multiple times, but not getting anywhere.

Shouldn't the paid invoices, verifying each location (along with the material we already sent) be valid proof that these are legit, non-virtual offices that we actually work out of?

Help. Below are two office locations that are suspended.

Adam,

Google specifically disallows the use of Regus offices for listing businesses on GMB, yours is no exception.

@keith can you point me in the direction of where it says REGUS specifically as an entire company is not allowed to be used to rent actual physical office space from, used for business and have a google listing using the address?

I understand REGUS is associated with virtual offices, but they also rent real actual office space that businesses do business from. Why would you disallow every address associated with a regus office if actual businesses are being run from within the physical office space they rent?

It doesn't make any sense.

Now I have to tell a client to move his entire office to another location?

Adam,
This can get quite complex very fast. The first thing I see is that there are two attorneys that work for this firm. So it is impossible that they would have that many locations that are staffed by their employees during stated business hours all across the state of Florida.

I get how lawyers do business, I have a ton that I work with and I have been able to get some legit ones reinstated but that was in cases where it was a single lawyer that actually used the executive office.
If you can provide the following evidence I may be able to ask Google. (Best to do this in a Google sheet)

Business Name, Address, Phone Number
GMB Dashboard Link (OR CID)
State Bar links or screenshots showing each address.
Signage
Picture of the business listed on the directory
Link to BBB accreditation
Video (this is important) - walking in from the street to the executive office
