I am trying to get my websites trustpilot reviews to show in my google business listing.  I've read up on the forum and there seems to be a consensus of opinion that the best way to do so is the following two steps:

to make sure that the NAP (Name, Address and Phone Number) are the same on both the GMB and the third party review site. (which i have done)

AND to post the page ( + link ) on your business page.  (which can no longer be done owing to google delisting google+)

can someone help?  We have been with Trustpilot now for two+ years and have well over 1,000 reviews, but seemingly google are unable / unwilling to marry the data up to display on our business listings, am i missing something?

Hi, In The Book,
We are volunteers here in the community. We can not see any details based on your user login. Could you include the following details so that we can see the situation?

1. Full business name
2. Current business address
3. Google Maps URL
4. Website (if applicable)
We may be able to help with more details.

The other suggestion would be to go over all schema mark up details you can add. Especially review markup. Some industries are more likely to have reviews on a listing than others

Second suggestion start to activley solicite reviews on your Google My Businss listing.
Here is an article on creating a link to send happy customers and ask for reviews.

There are also ways to include reviews on your site such as this app.

Thanks For Asking,

4. google "in the book" - URL will come up again, i cannot post the URL because this is against community policy.

Hi, In The Book
Are you trying to bring reviews over from your online sales to your physical location?
In Streetview, I was not able to see any signage for your store. Are you looking to bring more people to your store by getting more reviews? I only get the US version of the website and it shows a different address and looks like an online business only and would not be eligible for a listing. Do you have a storefront for customers to come to?
Checking with chat they said "The reviews will be shown at Trustpilot. Not in Google reviews." so the problem is you can not move reviews from another platform to Google because they have their own process for validating reviews and want to know the profile of the reviewer to prevent fraud.

Google does not allow reviews generated someplace else to be injected into a Google My Business listing. In some cases, they will add them from a trusted source if they meet certain circumstances. You see it in hotels some.

Here is your link to the listing I found
Google Maps URL: https://www.google.com/maps?cid=15314793271302864555
Here is the link for asking for reviews
Manually you can send this to ask for reviews. Here is some informaton on asking for reviews. This would take time to start from zero.

There are some companies that help automate getting Google My Business reviews.

I continue to hear/see the same answer saying 3rd party sites cannot be added to Google MyBusiness reviews but you can see from the attachment several 3rd party site reviews are shown to hotel shoppers looking at this hotels GMB reviews.  Can anyone explain how they are doing it?

Hi, In The Book,

That is google selection based on there perceived trust level for that review source, not one you can control. HIgher Confidence in the match for your location and other information can help.
The information on the API does not include adding reviews.

Here some more information on third party reviews regarding how many one location gets vs another

@ David  W. Cox,
In one of your replies to this thread you write, "Google does not allow reviews generated someplace else to be injected into a Google My Business listing. In some cases, they will add them from a trusted source if they meet certain circumstances. You see it in hotels some. "
What are some of the trusted 3rd party sources that hotels (or other businesses) use?
Thanks in advance!
