Google keeps declining my attempt to fix the incorrect category of our business. How can I fix?

Every time I attempt to fix the incorrect primary business category (Bridal) of our jewelry business, Google rejects my edit in favor of the incorrect one. This has been going on for months and it's destroying our ability to be found for custom jewelry, pearl stringing, and other services. I've send multiple email requests for help, but only receive back cut-and-paste from Google FAQs. HELP!!!

Hi Lisa,

Please, provide the name and street address of your business, a screen capture of your GMB dashboard showing the inappropriate category and the case number of your interactions with the GMB support team.
