A couple of months ago, I started getting emails that " "Customer" asked a question on your Business Profile for "My Business" ". When I click on the thread, there is no option to answer AS my business. It only will allow me to answer as my personal profile. I do not want to do this. Meanwhile, everyone else in the world is answering incorrectly hahaha.

I have gone through the app, website, everything. I cannot find an answer. I have logged out of all accounts and only logged into my business. Still does not allow me to answer questions about my business AS my business. This seems like a pretty standard thing that I can't get to work.

Please note, I am not talking about reviews. This is apparently a newer thing where people can ask whatever they want about your business, instead of, you know, emailing or calling me.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Thanks for replying. I'll post screen shots, but

1) a little constructive criticism: when an email comes in and it says "Review Answer" within the email, that should take you directly to responding as a business, not a personal account.

2) I am trying to figure out how to respond directly on my listing. I'm logged into my business account, but when I click on the questions, there is nowhere to respond. If I click on it from my email, there IS an option, but only from my personal account, which is not even the email it was sent to.

That worked, thanks, Krystal. I do wish Google would make it where we can reply to questions asked from inside the Google My Business app. Seems like something that should be a thing.

Oh yeah, not related, but if you could put in a request that we be able to add pictures when replying to reviews, that would be nice.   ;)
