How do i change "dine in closed"? We are open. Have been since may 1st. Primos tex mex grille

Hi All,

The Dine-in attribute has been expanded to all food and drink categories.

In order to edit this:

1. Go to the Info section within your GMB profile and click the edit pencil next to Accessibility

3. Scroll to the bottom where it says 'Service Options'. Do not rely on the search box.

4. You will see the ability to enable Dine-in. Click this until it turns blue with a check mark

5. This may be under review for a few hours so give it some time before it displays

I am posting as it took me days to figure this out with no success. You have to download the Google My Business app THEN you can open your business and it has accessibility options that work to show dine in and delivery and such. Just click on dine in till it's a check mark. Nobody seems to mention you have to use the app not just open your listing on google. Subtle but confusing if your following the help answers. Hope this helps someone as it's been a few days and we need to let people know we are open!!! Good luck to everyone.

I have done exactly what you stated Krystal. It still shows that I'm closed for DINE-IN. It says that it's Pending Under Review......for the past 72 hours. How do I get this fixed???

Same here. The option to change the dine in attribute is absolutely not an option with the app

You can try editing on desktop if you are having issues.

In the app, you can find this Profile > Scroll to bottom and View All > Edit Pencil next to Amenities

I have done this edit many many times now, and while it will change the listing to show DINE IN for a day or two, the listing always will revert back to showing NO DINE IN. Why does it seem to default to NO DINE IN, and how can I change the listing to permanently show DINE IN???

I have tried all week to reset dine in to open and it won’t do it. Says under review til I close window then when I check it is still set to dining room closed. WHY?????
