Non Customer 1 Star Review - Does not violate policy. But does not pertain to us. How to Remove

Hi - I have a 1 star review for my business from someone (could be competitor, could be incorrect business they were reviewing). And because it does not violate Google policy, they Google wont remove it. Please help.

The review talks about wall painting and garden faucets. Both of which have nothing to do with my business. I've explained this in my appeal to google, and all I got back was a generic:
  • Our team can't remove these reviews.
  • We investigated and found that these reviews don't violate our policies.

Can anyone help on what I should do next?
