Change my email address and website domain from godaddy to google

Although this question belongs elsewhere, I will answer it anyway.

Your hosting company is GoDaddy and your website is hosted there. Google is not a hosting company. However, there used to be simple Google websites that Google used to create and host for SMBs, but the service has been discontinued. 

When I read your question, it does not appear as if you are disatisfied with your current hosting company. My advice is you stick to it and continue optimizing your website for higher visibility, more traffic, and more cash in your bank.
