At the top, in order to make things as simple as possible, please add your Business Profile ID. To get that number ...When you're logged into your Google Business Profile dashboard, click on the 3 dots next to where it says "Your business on Google". From those 3 dots, click on "Business Profile Settings", then "Advanced Settings" and there you'll see the "Business Profile ID".

Since you only meet customers in-person at the address on your profile, I recommend that you remove the service areas from your listing.
There are three businesses using your exact address - including the co-working facility. This is likely the problem as it looks like you are sharing space. Google won't approve a listing for an ongoing service, class, or meeting at a location that you don't own or have the authority to represent. Do you have your own business entrance and permanent signage at the address?
Please upload a quick video (either a link on the Google Doc you shared or to the Google Drive folder), representing what you sent to Google previously for the verification.

Look for a 'contact our support team' link ... then follow the selection for the verification issue. On that form will be an option to tell Google about the delay or issue you are facing: https://d.pr/i/zbrAy8
