Wrongfully labelled as fraud, spam, or false information

Is anyone else automatically told that when they opened their business, they were "suspeneded" for breaking the guidelines despite not having posted at all. When I go to verify my account (which I have done twice now) I provide my legal business documents, but I refuse to film inside of my home to prove to them I own my business. Is anyone else having this issue? Have you been able to reach a real human for assistance? Not only am I unable to verify, but when I go to email them for assistance they claim "because my account is suspended, I need to verify first". This issue has now cost me business, and I have lost a large amount of respect for being so unhelpful during this time, putting me through the same loops over and over. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Otherwise I am forced to boycot Google and its services for businesses.

It sounds like you're talking about Google Business Profile which shows up when people search Google / Maps for your business.

It sounds like you're trying to verify a Service Area Profile with { address hidden } ?

You're not required to video inside your home.

But you need to match the business category you chose, with travelling out to meet clients in-person at their location, within 2 hours' drive.

Typically this configuration is used by plumbers, electricians, cleaners, etc

Show branding on your motor vehicle + relevant tools/ equipment etc in your video, outside your house
