I need to update the business name and website address without losing my reviews. Please advise

Hello, I am changing my business name and and linking to a the new website. I have worked very hard for my reviews and I do not want to lose any of them. Can someone please clarify for my how I can go about this without losing any of the business reviews? Thank you in advance.
