Business profile suspended after changing location
Hi, I am an Occupational therapist and my services are area based. The practice is in my own name as required by law. My business profile has been active for a few years on google. About a year ago I moved to a different area and I am now practicing my profession in this new area. I realised my business on google still reflected the old address and updated it to my new location. As soon as I did this the profile was suspended. I appealed the suspension and provided details of my new location. The appeal was rejected citing deceptive content. I have since been through the guidelines and improved the content as well as changed the business to a service area business and removed the physical address as suggested by the guidelines. I corrected the business name that included a character that was not permitted as well. I am very sure my current business profile no longer violates any of the guidines and I wish te have it reviewed but it seems there is no way to do it now that my appeal was rejected. There is no option to do so.
Could you please assist me to have it reviewed again?
There are many other private practitioners with similar active profiles just like mine so I dont see why mine would not be allowed.
