Appeal Submitted, Still No Response After 9 Days

Hi, is it typical for suspension appeals to take over 9 days? Our profile has been down, and it's significantly impacting our business.

Normally Google give reply between 3 to 5 days.
Some case they take time 2 to 3 weeks highest.

Be patient, Hopefully they give reply soon.

We PEs have received an update from Google stating that there is a backlog in the appeals process. Kindly wait for the appeal to be resolved, as creating a new request would only duplicate the original request and negatively impact the existing backlog.
