Business reviews

I have recently bought a new business (dog kennel) and stumbled across old reviews some of which aren’t particularly flattering. I’d like a step by step guide on getting rid of these reviews.

Unfortunately the previous owner didn’t give me any information so if I need to log in to close it I can’t.
