All my Google reviews are gone

My Google business was disabled and I'm not sure why it was , but then it was reinstated but all my reviews were gone I had 27 five stars reviews. I tried contacting google calling them and messaging them but the last email I got back said all my reviews are active. But it doesn't show up for me or for anyone which really sucks cause I've been trying to grow my business and this is very frustrating I'm not sure what to do, if anyone can help that would be great!

Understand missing & delayed reviews

There are several reasons why reviews may be removed from the page. Usually, missing reviews are removed for policy violations like spam or inappropriate content.

We don't reinstate reviews that are removed for policy violations. These removal measures help make sure that reviews on Google properties are relevant, helpful, and trustworthy. Learn about prohibited and restricted content for reviews.

sometimes reviews get removed every time you reinstate a suspended business profile. If you lose reviews after your profile is suspended and then successfully reinstated, you contact support for assistance.

Find why a review is missing

Tip: If you set a future opening date for your business, any reviews left before that date are removed.

Find why your review is delayed

You may notice that a specific review takes longer to appear on some platforms, like Google Search or Google Maps. This delay is most common after profiles are merged. Delays because of a merge should be resolved within a few days.

Customers on older mobile devices and operating systems might have issues leaving reviews. To fix the problem, customers should update their operating system and Google Maps app version.

How long has it been? There is sometimes a delay with reviews after reinstatement. If the reviews don't appear in a few days, please come back here for help with the case ID # you received when you contacted support.
