Recently there is spate of fake 1 star reviews / rating from people who has not attended my classes there are 4 of them one month back. Looks like our competitors has hired people to leave 1 star reviews. People attend classes after contacting me and booking the class, so we know who has attended the classes.

 I have reported the issue to google by clicking on the flag and submitting report, waited for 1 month, but no response so far.

Please help me remove these fake reviews and ratings.

I will try contacting GBM support. Today there is another fake review from non-customer, this time with 4 stars.

Fake review issue on google is becoming huge, it is time google do something to fix this issue. 

Google can take simple steps like disable review / rating for new accounts for a period of time or accounts with low activity. Most of the fake reviews / ratings are posted not from primary accounts that people use often but from secondary accounts created for this type of nefarious activity.  If a person has multiple google accounts enable review / rating capability only on the primary account. 

Google can easily detect inactive /  low activity accounts and disable features like review / rating capability that can be easily misused this will substantially fix the fake review / rating and similar issues. There are simple solutions for complex problems.

I have contacted GMB support and reported all fake reviews / ratings, let us see if GMB support team will help in removing fake reviews / ratings.

Hey there,
Sorry for letting you know, but Google is not going to do anything about that. We went through a similar experience. Our business got a couple of ratings (no reviews) and GMB Support will state that doesn't violate any policies. We provided them with tons of facts and suspicions, but they didn't do anything.
