Google Business Agency Dashboard No Longer Receiving Google Access Invites

Hello,

Over the last 3-5 days GBP invites are no longer being received to my agency account. I tested it in another seperare account and it's the same thing. If you invite to an email address it works fine but the agency dashboard can only receive invites to the agency ID number.

Our request for access is also not being received. Seems group ID invites and group ID requests stopped working, please help.

as far  as I  know and published two years ago in my  thread

Hi Ben, 

I just  sent from one  of my "private" GBP accounts an invite (specifiying the  Group ID  of one of my own Agency as it is  "5539908572" as  a manager) and I also got in the agency/organization account the info telling me  "no pending invites"
However  if taking a direct  look  to the  group  of the Organization the profile  in  question (represented by the ID 5539908572 ) has  moved already  in the right Organization  group. 
That means  for  me  the  process  of transferring  a  private  profile into  an agency/organization  group  seems still  working - BUT  without the  need to accept any invite.

Inviting a group to our Agency ID works, again, it's indiviual business listing invites being sent to any of our groups both are not getting recieived nor are they coming into our dashboard.

I tested it in my personal gmail account where i have a group folder in it. I sent invites from listngs I have owner-level access on to that group ID and same thing, nothing is coming thru.

THis  isn't just happening to our accounts, another user with no affilliation to me or my company is having the same issue.

Hi Ash

in my todays experiment I sent   from a private GBP  account an invite specifying any of the  Group IDs of my own  Agency/Organization  account.
As  you  said:  there we   didn't  receive any  invite at all. 
However opening in  the  Ageny/Organization  account  the  relevant  group the original  profile  got  now  listed  in  the  role as specified while  sending the  invite.

The business listing I am sending an invite from still say pending as far as accepting the invite. The listing is in none of my groups that I sent the invite to. Maybe this isn't world wide but it is effecting every single login I have as well as clients aren't receiving my reqeusts for access nor ary individual business listing invites coming in to any of my groups, which were invited by the group number.

Google  is  notified & is  on it.

I've been having this issue for days and Google support was trying to tell me it was somehow my email provider's fault. They need to educate their support teams a LOT better on debugging issues. I'm glad to see they finally recognized the issue and are working on a fix.

When  and under what  case  ID number  did  support try  to  explain you  it would  be "EMails providers  fault"?

I wish I could find the case ID. But basically, the google support tech was telling me that I needed to invite users by email and not group ID, even though I was very specific multiple times that I was using a GBP agency account.

He kept telling me that my email was an organization email (somehow that was causing the problem)  and my provider/domain registrar could help with permissions. No amount of explanation would move him off that, so I gave up.

I use Leadsie to get access to client assets, and have been working with them for at least a week on this, so it's good to see I'm not crazy :)

I asked  for the case  ID only  in  order  to  use it  to help  Google to "educate" this  support  guy.

Now  and without your case ID  we  all need  to wait that  Google  will fix the agency-inviting  bug asap.
