Seeking Community Advice: Challenges with Updating Business Address on Google (2 Months Waiting!)

I'm reaching out to our community for some guidance regarding an issue we're facing with our Google Business Profile. Our organization recently moved to a new location, and despite completing the Google validation process, our address update hasn't been reflected on Google for almost two months now. This situation is starting to affect our operations and our ability to connect with customers.

We've provided Google Support with a detailed and complex explanation of our situation, but their understanding of our issue seems lacking. Despite our efforts to clearly communicate our problem, we keep receiving a standard, generic response that doesn't address our specific needs:

Additionally, I wanted to share another key detail I initially omitted. After the first four weeks of waiting following our original video validation, I decided to resubmit the entire process, thinking that perhaps a glitch had occurred and a new submission might expedite things.

To my initial relief, after submitting the second video validation, the system indicated it would be reviewed within 10 minutes. However, this quickly changed to a 3-day wait time. Surprisingly, after those three days passed, the wait time escalated to 30 days. I am astounded by the complexity and length of this process – it's beyond anything I could have anticipated.

I'd like to add some important details regarding the video validation process we undertook. Here's the timeline and content of the videos we submitted, showcasing strong, clear evidence of our new location:

  1. Cross Street Signs: We started with a video of the cross street signs near our new location.
  2. Walk to Front Door: The video then showed a walk towards our front door, capturing clear views of our signage.
  3. Door Access: I used our electronic fob to open the door, showing the green light to indicate our legitimate access to the premises.
  4. Inside Premises: Inside, we filmed our full production area, staff at work, and several mentions of our brand.
  5. My Desk: Finally, I walked to my desk, showing mail that had our company name and the new business address on it.

This comprehensive video was performed efficiently, in under 2 minutes.
