Google asks for video verification but won't allow a video to be made.

 When I try to verify on desktop and use the QR code, it just takes me back to the beginning of the process on my phone. When I start the process on my phone, it asks me to scan a QR code as if I was on a desktop instead of allowing me to take the video. It is impossible to actually take a video and finish the process. I tried it on iOS, Android and web. None worked.

Support has just taken me in circles as well, furthering my frustration.
