How to link Facebook reviews to my Google Business?

how do I link my business' Facebook reviews to my Google Business page? I noticed that some of my competitors have their Facebook reviews appearing on their Google Business page unlike mine.

Is your Facebook link on your website? If so, ask your web designer to mark it up with 'SameAs' schema (they'll know what that means) to make it more obvious to Google as well.

I will make this question that has not been answered easier to understand. The red box in the photo I provided is the issue people are having. It is a place under where it says "Review's from the Web". The facebook link that is provided here does not link to the right Facebook Business page because at some point the business had to create a second FB business page and now it is at at different FB address. For instance the FB page on the photo I attached is pointing to a FB page that ends in 921638257932743 which is the wrong page. It should be pointing and linked to this page https://www.facebook.com/Kerrville-Health-Foods-Carrot-Patch-Cafe-400613364036228

Can you please let us know how to get this link updated to the correct FB page because it is sending people to the wrong page. Thank you.

I'm having the same problem with the 'Reviews from the web' section. There was a business in the area with a similar name and Google has linked the other businesses facebook/reviews (the other business no longer exists either). So people are getting the wrong reviews and facebook link.

Facing the same problem here, the recommended link is linking to false facebook profile.

Google, any suggestions how to fix this issue.

What on earth is 'SameAs' schema??? I use Squarespace and they don't even know. I need a solution ASAP as our company does not have the login info used to create a VERY OLD account on Facebook in order to delete it. We've updated FB and have no way of changing the link on Google. This seems like it should be a simple solution, to be able to change the Social Media accounts in Google Business page. PLEASE HELP!!

I am wanting to link our facebook page to google. I have ensured my search results on facebook setting is enabled to public search engines outside, i have also matched up the company details to my google profile. I would really appreciate some help on this matter as i feel it is not fair that my Facebook profile is not appearing on google search results when some of my competitors are.

We are also experiencing the same issue above. We have our competitors FB reviews linking to our Google listing, even though our google listing details and FB page details are exactly the same! I have called goole several times and still no fix, beyond frustrating.

Google will do this automatically but you can help Google by using structured data on your website. Specifically, you can use "Organization" structured data to tell Google and other search engines that your website is the "same as" your various social presences. This will then help Google to build a rich card which links to your social media profiles.

You can use Google's structured data validator to test your code. To see how it works on our website, enter the URL https://www.mytribeinsurance.co.uk into the tester and you will see how we have told Google about all of our social presences.

Structured data can be used for other things too, its a topic worth researching and learning.
