My business is verified, but pending review?

I set up my business on Google many months ago and it still says pending review. I also cannot see any reviews from clients on the dashboard, but they are visible on Google search.

Welcome to the Google Business Profile community.

Some Google Business Profile approvals require manual review - this is entirely normal.

At the present time it may take longer than usual, so other than having patience, all that I can advise is to make sure that your business is eligible for a Google Business Profile, and that you are following all of the GBP guidelines: https://support.google.com/business/answer/3038177.
