Messages not working

Since January 5th when customer asks a question at any of our locations when I get the email and see the question and click to respond nothing loads in the message area.  Is there a fix for this?

Have you tried checking the messages on google search?
Google Search » search for "my business" » click on "Customers" » "Messages"

or use the Google Maps apps?

As you have many locations:
this is happening to all of them?
are you using a new business messaging/communication software?

no we are not using a new messaging software it's the same one we always access before through google biz.

thank you for the info.

There are reports that you can see and respond to messages using Google Maps Apps, even though it is not very user-friendly for multi-location businesses.

Have you tried it?

I haven't tried doing it through the maps app, just wondering why in Googles own software for Businesses it would not be work now.  I will try the Maps app but hope they get the other way fixed soon.  Not making it very friendly for Businesses to interact with their customers.

A Product Expert already raised the issue with Google Support, however, there is no timeline for resolution.

Fingers cross will not take much time to resolve this issue.
