All of my posts (4rys) suddenly are marked Rejected. How do I get the back?

Hey Mark,

Google has updated me that your account has been limited due to abuse so there is no way to get these posts live.

Can you post screenshots of the posts that are rejected? The rest of your listing is fine, right?

Did you recently get the Google Products feature added inside the Google My Business dashboard? Sometimes this causes old posts to get rejected but there is nothing to worry about since those posts aren't showing live anyway.

Hi, here is the screen shot. All of my past posts, 4 yrs were rejected, when I make a new post, like the attached mountain scene test, within seconds they come up rejected.

I have not had the google products added.

you mentioned old posts don't show live anyway? Is there a number of past posts that are visible?

You're right - old posts are visible, they're just hard to find unless the user clicks to see more posts and then scrolls through them all. Old posts generally don't get many views, if any.

Thanks for the info on the article posts. I had not gotten into the Google Products Feature recently. In January or so I updated or session fees. there has been around 4 months between the two events, price updates (not adding any new products) and the reject issue.

Unlike last time, which was a few years ago, This time any post I make is also automatically rejected.

Can you list the full details of your business (name, address phone number) and also list out the categories you have on your listing? Have you recently added any business categories?

Hi Joy, My business name is Inner Spirit Photography, We are based in Calgary, Canada. We have not added any business categories. actually except for adding posts and photos (which are untouched) we have made no changes to anything else. Last January or Feb we updated our fees. This mass rejecting is identical to what happened a few years ago, and identical to some other biz people.

Not sure where to find my category listing. It would be service and photography.

So I actually see several posts live on your listing here so is it only the ones that have images that got rejected?

Hi Joy, Yes, I checked, the few no photo posts are not marked rejected. Any new post with a photo is rejected automatically, like the last time. I have put images up like the mountain and others equally as safe. I believe it is glitch somewhere. I can not get support to contact me or help.

Thanks for clarifying. I'm going to ask Google what the issue is and let you know what they say. They are really backup at the moment so it might be a week or 2 before I get a response.

I was looking at my insights and it looks like all my photos are no longer visible either. Just two very old ones that customers posted, a new one a customer posted does not show either. I had thought because the images did not have a rejected notice on them they were still seen. Apparently not.
