I have applied for postcard twice and been waiting for a month for it to come. But it hasn't arrived yet.

Hello bharti koranga,

The postcards normally arrives within 14 working days but sometimes verification postcards may get lost for various reasons. You may contact to the Google My Business support team and they will do the verification.

Depending on where you are in the world, the 14 day window can be completely misleading. I've seen postcards in regional Australia take 5 weeks. Of course by then the pin had expired.
Since you've already requested the card twice, and waited the requested 2 weeks, I recommend you contact Google via this form:
