As a customer of google maps I can’t report replies from owners that are violating policies 0 Recommended Answers 3 Replies 1 Upvote

There is no option to flag replies from business owners to customers reviews (or any other easy way to do it) that are offensive or violating google’s policies.

Hi there,
I agree that this should be a feature. I'll ask Google about this. If you can post a link to the review in question we may be able to escalate it to Google.

I would like to know how we can escale it since I see many cases like that and it seems that owner can reply anything he wants (hate, swearing etc) and there is no way to deal with that.
