New Reviews Not Showing

Clients are leaving reviews for my client's business but the reviews are only showing on their client's end (when logged in) but not live on the business listing. So far, this has happened with 3 different clients.

I tried contacting GMB support and was told that reviews can take up to 2 weeks to show live. That's the first I've heard that so I wanted to confirm that's true.

I am finding the same thing; 2 people and all in the last 10 days have left reviews that I cannot see. A friend who is just setting up her business and her GMB  is also experiencing this, including a review that I left for her, but she can't see, yet I can. 
The last I saw, it was to take up to 7 days, to hear now it can take up to 2 weeks is helpful, though frustrating.  Thank you.

Can I get the case ID for the communication that you had for GMB support? Also can you give me the URL for the listing that isn't getting reviews published along with the names of the reviewers that are missing?

Having the same issue. Ours is a new business listing so possibly this is the issue for us. We have had two people review so far. One has not shown up at all, the other was there before the listing went live, and seems to have disappeared since going live. Hoping they turn up in the next week or two. Disappointing when you are trying to boost a business.
