Why does google maps route customers to the rear of my business? 0 Recommended Answers 19 Replies 5 Upvotes
When a customer of mine gets routed to my shop they are almost always routed to the rear of my shop.
I share a address with 17 other businesses but we each have a suite number. Since the building is long my actual shop location SITS closer to the street behind me but there is not an entrance and people almost always are routed to the rear of the shop.
I’ve tried moving my google maps pin closer to the street but it doesn’t seem to matter.
How can I fix this issue?
