How do I report fake positive reviews on GMB? I have proof. 0 Recommended Answers 2 Replies 0 Upvotes

A competitor in my field has posted several fraudulent reviews on his GMB page. I have evidence. One review clearly states that the customer was given a discount to post a review, which is against Google’s Terms of Service and (if I’m not mistaken) against the law. Another review is from an employee of the company. The company also had over a hundred five star reviews over the course of just a couple months, most of which came from accounts with only one review, which is highly suspicious. Others came from people who had written several dozen reviews in a single day, clearly paid reviewers. This dishonest business practice is harmful to consumers as well as other local businesses who procure reviews legitimately. What can I do about this?
