How is it possible that Google is completely dumbfounded by a "bug" and can't publish listings? 1 Recommended Answer 2 Replies 0 Upvotes
Like many others, I'm stuck in limbo by Google's inability to figure out a "bug" that has them apparently dumbfounded, and has continued to do so for several weeks now. As a new business owner in a very competitive industry whose listing is verified but not posted, I'm literally dead in the water here. My customers can't leave reviews, prospective customers can't find me, and ones that I successfully reach via other means (vehicle decals, business cards, flyers) cannot find me on Google, it's like I don't exist. I understand that bugs happen but we're not dealing with Bob's Donuts IT team, this is Google for crying out loud, How long can it take to identify and fix what is almost certainly a simple glitch? HAS ANYONE GOTTEN ANYTHING OTHER THAN "WE'RE WORKING ON IT, YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO WAIT, AND i CAN'T GIVE YOU AN ETA"? To add insult to injury, the advertising department calls and emails multiple times daily trying to sell me ads which I'd love to purchase if they could get my page up and running. I'm so frustrated and feel like I'm dead in the water waiting...... has anyone found out anything?
