2 GMB Listings Suspended - Need Help 0 Recommended Answers 14 Replies 3 Upvotes

Both of my businesses were recently suspended on GMB due to quality issues.  What can I do to get reinstated?   I had previously hooked up MOZ.com local to my Google Account which pushed updates to Google.  I disconnected them immediately after I realize it was doing that, knowing that Google does not like 3rd party platforms updating info.

They are not multiple listings for the same business . They are separate business entities filed with New York State.

Attached are pictures of our store fronts to show they are physical locations at the addresses listed on GMB.

Hey Sam,
 
Having your account hooked up to Moz would not cause this issue.
 
To get these reinstated you will need to use the reinstatement request form found here.
 
Please not that it can take 3 weeks or more for Google to get back to you as they are currently under an extreme backup. Here's their announcement.

Dan - out of curiosity - I've looked into doing the Google Inside Street View. Do businesses that have this in their account ever run into suspension since it is very clear that the business exists?  I'd be interested in doing the Street View just to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future once it finally gets fixed!

I'm not sure. I haven't run into that issue before. However, logically it would make sense for GMB to trust your listing more if you went through the trouble of doing it.
 
Your businesses are obviously legit, so I don't think you should have too much trouble in the future with suspensions unless there are other listings in your account that violate Google's rules.

Hi Dan, Thanks for the thoughts.

It's also interesting because I also have the Google "Beacon" up and running at our locations that they mailed to us awhile ago.  

Have there been reports of people's listings getting unsuspended? I can't seem to find much online about this issue getting resolved?

Most people do not report getting unsuspended. However, I have heard of many getting unsuspended, it is all about time and patience. 
 
You can contact Google and ask for a status update, sometimes you will get an answer other times not. 
 
You will need your email used to ask for reinstatement and your dashboard URL. 
 
Regardless, ask for your case ID incase you need this in the future.

Hi Ben,

Thanks for responding.  Do you know how I can contact them for a status update? I tried calling and they directed me online to support.google.com/business  but I don't see a way of contacting them. I have my case numbers.

Harrison should be reinstated, there must be something else happening. Show me screenshots of your GMB dashboard and also the users on the account.
