Create your business marketing kit

The Business Profile on Google marketing kit website lets you create posters, social posts, and window stickers at no charge. You can display these items at your store or digitally through your social presence.

Eligibility

• Your Business Profile must be verified on Google. Learn how to verify your Business Profile.
• You must have a storefront or a hybrid business. Your business cannot only be a service-area business.
• The marketing kit website is available in most regions and multiple languages.
• Your business is not one of the following restricted categories: RV Park (Travel), ATM, Cemetery, Church, City Hall, Courthouse, Fire Station, Hindu Temple, Local government office, Mosque, Police, School, Synagogue, or University.

Get started with your marketing kit

You can create a custom marketing kit for your business that includes options for both physical and digital assets. You can only download and print the marketing kit materials.

1. Go to the Business Profile marketing kit site.
2. Enter your business name.
3. Under “Put the best of your Business Profile on Display,” click Customize.
   • Select a review you want to highlight in your marketing materials.
   • To find more review options, click More reviews. Reviews only appear in English.
     • This feature is available for businesses located in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the U.S.
4. Click Next.
5. Choose the style and color.
6. Click Finish  Download kit.

Share your COVID-19 updates

Because of COVID-19, we added printable posters and digital social post templates that focus on business updates. These items can help you communicate changes about your business, like "Temporarily closed" or "Order today for takeout and delivery." You can find and download these items featured in their own section of the marketing kit.

Create a social post

You can create and share your reviews, business hours, and highlights on social media.

1. Go to the Business Profile marketing kit site.
2. Enter your business name.
3. Under “Ready-to-share social posts,” choose what to share:
   • Reviews
   • Business info
   • Highlights
4. Under the social post you want to customize, click Customize .
   • To find more review options, click More reviews. Reviews only appear in English.
     • This feature is available for businesses located in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the U.S.
5. Choose the style and color.
6. Under the social post, choose how you would like to share it:
   • Download or share it on your Business Profile.
   • Share it directly on social media.

Print your own stickers

You can download window stickers to print and display at your business.

1. Go to the Business Profile marketing kit site.
2. Enter your business name.
3. Under “Promote your business on Google,” choose the stickers that you want.
4. Click Download set.

Create marketing materials for COVID-19 updates

To give your customers more information about your current business operations, you can write details in your COVID-19 update materials, like delivery partners or special hours.

1. Go to the Business Profile marketing kit site.
2. Enter your business name.
3. Under "Keep your customers informed about business changes and reopening updates," select:
   • Ask for Support: Explore the types of materials that ask customers for support.
   • Business Updates: Explore the types of materials related to COVID-19 business updates.
   • Reopening info: Explore the types of materials related to reopening your business.
4. Choose the message you want on your social post or poster 
   1. To choose the message: Click Change message and make your selection.
   2. To choose the style: Click one of the five themes.
5. Click Download materials.
   • Your materials download in 3 different sizes. You can download and share as many individual materials as you like.
6. After your assets load, click Download it now.
   • To share your asset directly to social media, click Share it.
