We routinely take action on business listings and user accounts that violate our content and conduct policies.
When a listing violates our guidelines, it’s disabled, which means the public can't access the listing anymore. Owners and managers of the Business Profile can still make edits, but those edits won’t be published unless the profile is reinstated.
Fix a disabled listing
- Review the Google My Business guidelines and restricted content guidelines.
- Review your listing for compliance with the guidelines.
- Once you’re sure your locations comply with our guidelines and include all required information, you can request for their reinstatement.
