An organisation lets you manage your Google Business Profile. Each company is allowed to have only one organisation in Business Profile.
You can manage an individual profile on Search and Maps. To manage multiple profiles in bulk at once, you can use Business Profile Manager. If you want to add another profile, on Google Search, select the three-dot menu Add a new Business Profile.
You can add people to your organisation as owners or members. Here's a summary of the different capabilities of each role:

Create an organisation
To create an organisation in Business Profile:
- Go to business.google.com/agencysignup.
- Enter your agency’s website address.
- Sign in with an email address on your agency's domain.
- Confirm that this is your agency's primary Google Business Profile account.
- Enter more information about your agency and additional owners.
- Follow the prompts to create your organisation.
About organisation accounts
An organisation account is a type of Business Profile designed for third parties who are responsible for managing locations on behalf of business owners. Organisation accounts can only manage a location after the location grants permission to the organisation. Users within an organisation account are responsible for managing locations. Before a user can be added to an organisation, their account must not directly own or manage any locations or location groups.
Add owners and members
Only the owner of an organisation can add owners and members to it.
To add an owner or member to your organisation:
- Sign in to Business Profile Manager.
- Select the organisation from the drop-down menu.
- Click Users.
- Add the email address of the user that you want to invite by clicking Invite new users . You can invite them to be an owner or member of the organisation.
Remove owners and members
Only the owner of an organisation can remove owners and members from it.
To remove an owner or member from your organisation:
- Sign in to Business Profile Manager.
- Select the organisation from the drop-down menu.
- Click Users.
- Click Remove next to the person that you want to remove.
- Click Remove.
View organisation ID and other details
To view organisation details:
- Sign in to Business Profile Manager.
- Select the organisation from the drop-down menu.
- Click Menu for the organisation and choose Details.
- You'll see the organisation name, 10-digit organisation ID and other details.
Some user group members may not have access to see the organisation ID. In this case, try contacting the organisation owner for the organisation ID.
Transfer primary ownership of an organisation
To transfer primary ownership of an organisation:
- Sign in to Business Profile Manager.
- Select the organisation from the drop-down menu.
- Click Users.
- Under 'Organisation', click Manage users.
- Locate the user that you want to transfer ownership to.
- Click the drop-down menu next to the user's name and choose Primary Owner.
- Click Transfer to confirm that you want to make this user the primary owner.
- Click Done.
Delete an organisation
Before you delete an organisation, you must first remove or transfer any locations and users within it. Deleting an organisation can't be undone.
To delete an organisation:
- Sign in to Business Profile Manager.
- Select the organisation from the drop-down menu.
- Click Menu for the organisation and choose Details.
- Click Delete organisation.
- Click Delete to confirm that you want to delete the organisation.
