When you manage your bookings through another booking provider, you get web and app services that work well with your customer’s Google Accounts. Your customers also get reminders to come to their appointments and it’s easy to use Google products like Calendar.

If you don’t work with a provider to manage your bookings, you can find providers available in your country through Reserve with Google. You can also add your own link to your Business Profile.
- Go to your Business Profile.
- Select Bookings.
- To sign up your preferred provider, select Get started.
- Select your provider.
- Select Done.
Your booking providers will show up on your Business Profile within a week.
You can stop using a booking provider or add a link to your Business Profile. Learn about local business links.
Performance data isn’t available for custom links. You can check how well your bookings are doing with Reserve with Google.
Manage your waitlists on Google
Important: This feature is only available for restaurant businesses. To use the waitlist feature, you must sign up with a third-party Reserve with Google provider.
- Go to your Business Profile.
- Select Waitlists.
- To add a waitlist, select Get started.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to set up a waitlist with an eligible third-party provider.
If you’ve already set up a waitlist:
- To manage a waitlist for a specific provider, next to the name of the provider, select Manage bookings.
- To add another waitlist provider, select Add provider.
- To find data about waitlist performance, select View performance.
Tip: To remove the 'Join waitlist' button from your Business Profile, you must unregister it directly with the third-party provider.
