Edit or delete a post on Google

You can edit or delete a post before or after you publish it.

Edit or delete a post on Google Search

1. Make sure you're logged in with the account you used to sign up for Google My Business.
2. To find your Business Profile, search on Google for your exact business name. You can also search for my business.
3. If needed, to update your profile, select View profile.
4. Tap Updates.
5. Find the post you want to edit or delete.
   • To edit a post, tap More   Edit.
   • To delete a post, tap More   Delete.

Edit or delete a post on Google Maps

1. Open the Google Maps app .
   • Make sure you log in to Google Maps with the account you use for Google My Business.
2. To open your Business Profile, in the top right, tap Account circle   Your Business Profile.
3. Tap Updates.
4. Find the post you want to edit or delete.
   • To edit a post, tap More   Edit.
   • To delete a post, tap More   Delete.

Edit a post

1. Open Google My Business.
   • If you have multiple locations, open the location you want to manage.
2. Tap Profile  Posts. 
3. Next to the post you want to edit, tap More   Edit.
4. Choose the fields that you want to change, and edit the information.
5. To get a preview of your updates, tap Preview.
   • To make more edits: In the top left, tap Back , then edit your post.
6. To publish your edits, in the top right, tap Publish.

Delete a post

1. Open Google My Business.
   • If you have multiple locations, open the location you want to manage.
2. Tap Profile  Posts.
3. Next to the post you want to delete, tap More   Delete.
