To add your business information to Google Maps, Search, and other Google properties, create a Business Profile on Google (or get access to one, if it exists). Use Google My Business for free to manage how your business information appears across Google, including Search and Maps.

Add your business listing through Google My Business

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google My Business app.
  2. Sign in with the Google Account you'd like to use to manage your business.
    • If this is your first time adding a business to Google, sign in with the Google Account you’d like to use to manage your business and tap Continue.
    • If you’ve added a business before, then tap the name of your business to reveal a list of all listings in your account. On the "Home" tab, tap your business name and then Add a new business.
  3. If you see a dialog letting you know that someone else has verified the business, follow these steps.
  4. Enter your business name and information and agree to the Terms of Service. Tap Continue when you're ready to create a listing for your business.

Add your business through Google Maps

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Maps app Maps.
  2. Search for your business and choose the correct one.
  3. Scroll down and then tap Claim this business Claim this business.

Claim your business through Google Maps

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Maps app Maps.
  2. In the search bar, enter the business name and choose the correct one.
  3. Tap Claim this business and then I own or manage this business.
    • To choose a different business, tap I own or manage another business.
  4. Select a verification option, and follow the on-screen steps.
