Important: To reply to reviews on your Business Profile:

  • You must be signed in to the Google Account associated with your Business Profile.
  • Your Business Profile must be verified.

How to read & reply to reviews on Google [1:46]

  1. Go to your Business Profile.
  2. Select Read reviews.
  3. Next to the review you want to reply to, select Reply Reply icon.
  4. In the dialog box, enter your reply.
  5. Select Reply.
    • The customer gets a notification about your reply.
