All of the text that appears within the text editor box will be converted to audio, with the exception of text that’s stricken out. If you'd like to edit what gets converted, highlight the text that you want to edit, then delete it or type in new text.
If you need to find instances of a specific word and replace that word, use the find and replace tool.
- At the top right, click More
.
- In the “Find” field, enter the word to locate it within the text.
.- To move to the next instance of the word: Click Next.
- To move to the previous instance of the word: Click Previous.
- In the “Replace with” field, if applicable, enter the replacement text.
- To replace the selected word with the new text: Click Replace.
- To replace all instances of that word in the audiobook: Click Replace all.
Tip: To quickly search for a word, use Ctrl + f. Then, use the up and down arrows next to the search to navigate to the next and previous instance.
