4. Add voices for additional characters

Add a character

1. Under 'Additional Characters', click Add.
2. Enter the character’s name.
3. Choose a voice and speed.

Mark text spoken by each character

1. Highlight the dialogue that you want narrated by the character.
2. Under 'Additional Characters', right-click the character that you want.
3. Choose Change Narrator.
   • You can also use your keyboard:
     • On PC: Press Ctrl + 1 for the first character, press Ctrl + 2 for the second character and so on, for the first 10 characters.
     • On Mac: Press + 1 for the first character, press + 2 for the second character and so on, for the first 10 characters.

Tip: Text that's not assigned to a character is spoken by the default narrator.
