7. Add a pause

You can use pauses for scene breaks and word emphasis.

Tips:

• Pause lengths can be from 0.5 seconds to 2.0 seconds, in 100 millisecond increments.
• When you add a pause, a square icon in the editable text shows where the narration pauses.

To add a pause:

1. Choose the word that you want to add a pause before.
2. Below “Default narrator,” click Add a pause.
