Generate the audiobook
Once you finish editing, you can generate the audiobook:
- At the bottom of the “Audiobook text” page, click Create Audiobook.
- When a pop-up appears, choose whether or not you want the audiobook to be automatically updated when there’s a text-to-speech model improvement.
- Click Create.
Review the content
Once the audiobook is created, you can review the content in the ”Content” tab.
Audiobook content includes:
- A file named ”Audiobook text” with the narrator you selected.
- ”Live” status next to the version of the audiobook available on Google Play.
Tip: You can create as many versions of the book with different narrators, but only one version can be live.
Optional: To let readers reference images and charts in the text, you can add a .pdf of supplemental material. To add a .pdf, click Upload a file.
